Emerald Kitchen Co. was founded by Alexander Tsai, a former chef who trained and worked in Michelin-starred restaurants and Forbes Five-Star hotels throughout Southern California.

After more than a decade in professional kitchens, Alexander set out to build cookware and cutlery that deliver real performance without the luxury markup — designed in the United States, made with trusted manufacturing partners, and tested against the standard of a working line.
